The home we were originally going to purchase (and was denied due to paperwork discrepancies) is back on again. The homeowner fixed things with the tax assessors office, and we picked up where we left off.
The appraiser is the one who pulled the brakes on it the first time…..and now he’s dragging his feet. A week after acknowledging the work order and the homeowner still hasn’t heard from him.
His report will determine how soon we’ll be moving.
With less then a month before schools starts, I want to let the new school district know we’re coming. My purchase contract is over 4 months old now, and no closing date yet determined.
So once again….I’m in mother fucking limbo.
